An alien visitor arrives on Earth and tries to decipher the strange behaviours of the inhabitants - are automobiles the rulers and humans the parasites that inhabit them? The prognosis is not good, and the alien visitor shakes his head in puzzlement as oil-drunk humans defend car culture "to the death."
